The Compago Social Share Joomla plugin works just like any other social sharing tool.

It allows the administrator to select which services he wants to use on his site and automatically embeds fully-working social sharing buttons with site articles.

These buttons can then be used by site visitors to share a link back to the site and help drive in new traffic from social media sites.

Multiple social networks are supported, along with lots of button display filters, and support for custom styles.

Installation:

In the Joomla backend, go to the "Extensions" -> "Install/Uninstall" section.
Upload the package's ZIP archive file.
